MECAL质量体系概览

　　MECAL已经准备了一套完善的操作流程来确保员工执行公司的质量保证标准。这套流程会在公司质量体系中进行说明。

　　质量体系目标

　　对全部实际工作，责任和对员工及关键客户的授权内容提供清晰的概览综述。

　　从实践中不断积累知识，并应用于项目、产品和业务流程的完善。

　　确保所有的重要数据（交流，协议，方法，结果等）在项目中以及项目结束后的至少5年内，可继续为客户提供有效工作。

　　确保我们的项目、产品、业务流程的质量和连续性。（一位合格的工作伙伴必须能够用最少的能耗来高效接管前续工作）。

　　在结果范围内细化业务流程。

　　MECAL应用电子工程管理系统来规范日常项目管理工作。MECAL使用的系统是ERP系统（项目管理信息系统）。应用该系统来达到以下基本目标：

　　储存和跟踪出入项目文件

　　储存文件模板，利用数字和追踪系统自动生成文件

　　时间管理

　　财务管理

　　存储客户信息数据

 

　　MECAL has prepared a detailed set of procedures to ensure that the companies quality assurance standards are adhered to by employees. These procedures are illustrated in the company Quality System

　　Quality Systems Goals

　　Provide a clear overview of the global working practice, responsibilities and authorizations to employees and key accounts.

　　Learn from experiences and with that knowledge improve projects, products, and processes.

　　Ensure that all important data (communication, agreements, methods, results, etc.) is available through a uniform working practice, during and at least 5 years after a project.

　　MECAL uses an integrated electronic project management system to manage the day-to-day administration of projects. The system MECAL uses is an ERP system, and is used for among others the following principle purposes:

　　Storing and tracing Incoming and Outgoing Project documentation

　　Storing document Templates and Automatically creating documents with unique numbering and tracking system

　　Time management

　　Financial administration

　　Storing Databases of Client Information
